I grew up in an environment surrounded by people who were always on a quest to be ‘thin’. There was a continuous focus on diet & exercise. It was a great foundation for physical fitness, but the health-conscious mindset eventually felt more like pressure to always be smaller. Since graduating college about 10 years ago, I became a major group fitness junkie - I lived for a good spin, barre, or yoga class and loved to ‘get a good burn’. Through all of these years though, I struggled with diet & nutrition. Being vegetarian, my protein intake was almost nonexistent, I lived off of carbs and fats, dealt with lots of sugar cravings, and my mindset was always around restriction. I tried many of the popular diet ‘theories’ - intermittent fasting, dairy-free, low carb, strict on weekdays and freedom on weekends, etc. I would have success for a few weeks, but it never felt sustainable. I was always waiting for it to ‘end’. And then I began to track macros. I hired a coach to get me started and never looked back. I’ve since incorporated the basic principles of macro-tracking along with a few other fundamental elements into a recipe that I believe to be a philosophy that can work for all lives, in all seasons.

Fit for All Seasons is a framework for a lifestyle - that is, it works for LIFE - with all of its chaotic, stressful, and unforeseen circumstances. It's a fundamental shift in mindset and daily routine that is sustainable and adaptable to all the seasons of life. The core elements of our framework can be applied to whatever stage & season you’re in: a fit individual looking for aesthetic refinement, a new mom adapting to a new body & schedule, someone looking to step foot in a gym for the first time, or someone looking to build a healthier routine to set an example for their family. Because there is no ‘diet’ involved, the framework can be maintained and sustained without putting life on hold. We will share tools that will allow you to continue to enjoy social events, holidays, and travel without ‘going off track’ and feeling like you are on the dreaded hamster wheel. Over time in our program, you'll collect tools in your toolbox that will empower you to be your own coach for life.
